* The Elves
Elves in their present form comes from J.R.R. Tolkiens triology The Lord of the Rings. They are a proud tall and beautiful people who live in the woods.
But these is also other descriptions of elves. In the germanic folklore they haunts people with nightmares.
And in the old myths they are described as a noble, beautiful and skimmering characters.
What all elves has in common is: Their pointed ears, their young face, their ability to move soundless and their wonderful voice.
* Unicorns
The unicorn looks like a horse with a horn in the forehead and in some cases they even have wings.
Their horn where very prised cause it where taught to have magical powers if you tore the horn down and mixed it with water.
The unicorn are very hard to catch since they move so fast. Only an innocent maid can tame a unicorn if it lets it self to be tamed and charmed by the maid.
The foals are gold-colored when they are born then they turn into silver when they are about two years old before the getwhite and grown-up.
* Dragons
Dragons must be one of the most dangerous and biggest creatures in the world of fantasy. There is two different aspects about the dragons behaviour. In asia the dragon is seen as a good creature who symbolize leadership. But normally the dragon is an enemy and an evil creature.
Fairy tales often tell us about brave knights who kills the dragon and releases the princess. But dragons aren’t always evil and dangerous.
They are big (about 5-20 meters long) and looks a little like a lizard. They have wings and can spurt fire out of their nostrils and mouth.
Trolls and giants
The Trolls are related to the giants.But there is a big difference in their personality. The giants are often nice and they looks almost as a human disregarding from the length. But the trolls have grey skin, a body that looks like a rock and the have a head that is to small for it’s body.
