Agatha Christie, the author of this book is one of the world’s most famous detective fiction writers and is well known as the queen of crime. This book was first published in Great Britain I think, and than under the name “ten little niggers”. Although it had to change title shortly after to “ten little Indians” and than again to “and then there were none”.
Regardless what title the book has it’s a masterpiece of mystery and suspense.

Now to the contents of this book.
Ten people, total strangers to one and other are invited to a mansion on a private Island by a host who doesn’t appear. These people, stranded and confused have only one thing in comment; secrets who they all wish to keep hidden.
One the wall in the dining room and in all of theirs bedrooms a poem is posted, a poem witch is about ten little niggroe boys who all dies a death more awful than the other. They soon realized that the poem is connected to them and they begin to die one by one…

I admit that after reading some of the first pages I was bored, very bored. Thinking, what is so special about this one? But as I kept on reading I fined my self hooked and I just couldn’t put the book down. Every time I thought I knew who the killer is, the person die. The book never, and by that I mean never, hints the murders identity until in the last pages. If you for some reason haven’t read any of Agatha Christies book this is the one you should choose.

The book is very well written and full of suspense. The clean language and the most unlikely cast of characters is just some of the reasons to why this book is so popular. It’s a thrilling story witch can keep you awake at night, not wanting to switch the light of.
