Writing an essay

I’m going to talk about the adult fiction novel, Dear Nobody there will also be some personal comments of my own.

Part I

This novel should be read by those whose somewhere between thirteen and eighteen years old.
One of the first thing that captured me was the layout, it gave a passionate feeling that made me wanted to start reading it right ahead, without even look at the contents.
The topic is brilliant since it’s a usual dilemma which captures the reader into total excitement and concentration seeing that the same thing can happen to someone you know fairly well.
Like all other love stories there is a girl whose name is Helen. Helen lives with her concealed mom and musical dad and quite annoying but simultaneous cute little brother, Robbie.
Helen has the music in her veins just like her father. She want to go to college on scholarship and learn about music in Sheffield.
Ruthlyn is Helens best friend. She supports Helen very well in severe situations.
Of course there’s a boy as well, his name is Chris.
Chris want to go to university in Newcastle.
He like bicycling and climb with his best friend Tom, .
He lives with his dad and his lousy and uninterested younger brother, Guy. Chris mom shirked the family entirely at young age. She met a hairy young man at her age on the dance club who could, I quote, “give back a piece of herself” that she said had lost somewhere in her and Chris dad’s relationship. The poor father was left with Chris and Guy and fought hardly to act as a fatherly figure and raise them into two sophisticated young men with high grades in school.
Chris would sacrifice his own life just to make Helen feel fine as the intelligent and employing boyfriend he is.
The first forty to sixty pages are mostly about their relationship and how happy they are after have found each other.
The news about being pregnant came as a shock for both of them. At first Helen didn’t really want to tell Chris she was having a baby and that he was the father. But after a month or something Helen told him about the baby at the porch.
Although her mother advised against it.
To help her deal with her pregnancy, she wrote letters to her unborned child which she called “Nobody”. Suddenly one day poor little Chris got told by phone to forget Helen and stay away from Helen by Her mother, unless he wasn’t going to marry her. Mom did also try to convince Helen making an abortion in secret without letting her father hear about the pregrancy. Though Helen wasn’t sure..

Part II

One day Helen came up with a desperate foolish idea; she borrowed her parents’ car and drove to the country. She had decided to cause a miscarriage. When she arrived there was an elder lady that was about to take a trip on the horse with a bunch of enthusiastic girls. While the others was taking it easy at start, Helen rode away from the others. She rode in such speed that the horse bolted and you could think she was about to win the gold medal in medley. Fortunately the elder woman who turned up to be Chris aunt Jill, succeeded in some kind of a miracle catch up to Helen in her madness and save her from a easy ticket to the hospital or even worse maybe the cemetery. While Helen was laying on the bed at aunt Jill’s home Chris was on his way to them without knowing what have happened. When Chris step inside he got informed by his aunt about the situation and that she thought it could be a desperate way of causing a miscarriage. Chris was surprised when he saw Helen laying there half-conscious. Suddenly she opened her eyes and recognized Chris. In moved and exhausted she fell into tears and spit out every single word except from why she came.
Since the attempt didn’t go on as well as she had hoped she and her mother took the car at night and drove to a small clinic outside the city to make an abortion. Helen had already went to a hospital before, only this time it was a much more professional one. Helen was led to the clinic room laying on a special chair for pregnant women. Before the doctor turned up a nurse walked in. Helen felt she couldn’t breathe by mere vicinity of that women when she started talking about babies. To Helens pure happiness the nurse went out for a minute or two to check with the doctor. At that time she took the car keys again and sneaked out from the backyard and left her mom with all thoughts about abortion. Slightly less a few minutes after she was on her way back home. She told dad that mom probably would call and give her a ride home.
For the first time ever the hate and sorrow turned into happiness and yearning. Helen grew up to an adult only seventeen years old and made a extremely difficult and mature choice by cutting Chris out of her vision and life. After all she knew that Chris wanted to commit for his studies in Newcastle. Besides, she could live her own life without being a home maid under majority.
Helens hard verdict tortured Chris real bad, especially after two months of total silence from his greatest love.
It took a long while before Chris was ready to do something by himself, fortunately Tom persuaded him to come along to France by bicycle and tenting. On the camp they met two girls grill sausages next to their tents. The girls was in the boys age and came from Wales. Their name was Menai and Bryn the four became good friends. Back home Chris woke up by the doorbell that was ringing AM. When he opened the door Bryn stood on the other side of the door with a traveling bag in her left hand a passport in her right. When she saw him her smile became wide and she hugged him hard and long. She told him that she was on her way to Leicester by train. Though but had to wait a few hours for the next one so she went to see Chris in at his home whose house was nearby. To her surprise he did not wanted to invite her in thanks to the following questions and suspicion. Which was little of a disappointment since she was fancy about him. However though it turned up that Chris was not returning the same feelings as Bryn did. Even though that her smile and way of being was pretty familiar to his Helen. Though facts remain, she wasn’t the same girl he had felled in love with entirely thirteen months ago.
Both Chris and Helen commit for the studies the best and after a while he realized that Helen had made exactly the right decision; he felt he wasn’t ready to act like a father, he wanted so much more of life. In the end Helen lays on the hospital and Chris drive to the hospital by bicycle feeling he have to break the barri...
