Simon was on his way down to the beach. It was an extremely hot summer day in the middle of July, the sun was shining, there were no visible clouds up in the sky and the weather was perfect for swimming. A cold breeze swept by Simon while he was parking his moped on the parking lot. He went off his moped and began walking down toward the beach, which was called "The Sea Serpent" and that''''s where he would spend the rest of his day.
Suddenly Simon stopped. A few meters in front of him there was this prettiest girl he had ever seen. She had long, blond hair and the most beautiful blue eyes. She wore a red dress with white flowers.
This wonderful creature, this girl, had just left the car and begun walking through the parking place, on her way down to the beach. She went together with her family, which contained her mother and her father, her two bigger sisters and one little brother. They seemed to be a very exclusive family. Simon could tell that, just by looking at their car, a ford mustang -06, and he could also tell, just by looking at the way they were dressed, that no normal living citizen family could afford those kind of clothes they were wearing. Simon followed the girl and her family with a vacant distance to make sure that the girl didn''''t discover that he was following her. When arriving to the beach Simon put his bathing towel close to the girl''''s whose name was Alice by the way. The reason to why he knew the girl''''s name was because he heard when her mother was shouting at her "Alice, Alice, come! It''''s very hot in the water", when she wanted her to come bathing with her in the water. Later she was reading what seemed like a cheap and old pocket book.
Simon spent the whole day lying on the beach, investigating Alice and her delicious body. It was smooth as the softest thing he had ever seen. Her skin was clean as the brightest sky and her face lines followed her face perfectly. She was so beautiful. In fact, Simon was to busy watching her stunning face and body, that he forgot to swim or do anything else that day.
After a few hours in the sun, Simon finally fell asleep. He woke up at 7 ó clock in the evening and to his alarm he saw that the girl and her family were gone. They had left the beach. What was he supposed to do now? How could he ever get contact with this girl? Everything seemed to be impossible. There was nothing he could do.
But then, Simon saw something lying at the place where Alice and her family had been lain. He rose up and began walking toward it. Besides sand, grass and gull shit there was…a wallet! Simon picked carefully up the wallet, which was made of a blue jeans material.
Inside there was a bus-card, a bunch of coins, two 20-dollar bills, an identification card and a school-photo of Alice, the girl in Simons dreams, the girl who made his heart beat faster than ever before and who had been given him his first feeling of love. She made him shake all over his body.
Simon decided to hand back the wallet to Alice, but keep the school-photo. He took his moped and drove home. That night Simon dreamt many happy thoughts about the girl of his life, Alice. She seemed to appear whatever he was dreaming about.
The following day Simon went up earlier from bed than he usually does. He ate a big meal of breakfast and took a hot shower to get more alert. Thereafter he began packing his backpack: a bathing towel, lunch, which included two sandwiches, a bottle of chocolate and a yogurt, a par of bathing-trunks and of course, the lost wallet, which he would hand back to Alice as soon as he met her on the beach.
When he came to the parking place, there was no ford mustang -06 parked. Simon realized he had to wait all day on the beach for Alice and her family to give Alice her wallet back.
Later in the afternoon Alice and her family finally arrived to the beach, lying down at the same spot as they were lying yesterday. Simon decided to make his move. He rose up from where he was sitting and began walking toward Alice. She sneered at him with a funny face and tried to ignore him as much as possible. Simon felt a bit nervous and frightened. After all, he had never felt this way about any girl before as he did for Alice, even though he only seen her for one day and without spooking to her. He was in love.
Simon peered at this most beautiful creature and began talking with her. "Alice, Alice", he said. "I have your wallet that you forgot yesterday on the beach". Alice turned her face around and she was just on her way to open her mouth when suddenly, someone was screaming. It was her mother who had been stung by a bumblebee. A few second...
