The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants

The director of this movie is Ken Kwapis. The first time the movie was broadcasted in Sweden was the 9th September 2005. The movie is based on the book with the same name.

The movie is about four girls, who are best friends. This is the first time they are not going to be together for the whole summer. Before they leave town they go to the city. When they are in a shop they found a pair of trousers, which fits everyone even if they have very different bodies and sizes. They keep a pair of trousers, and when they are away from each other they will send this after they have had it for one week to next girl.

Lena is going to here relatives in Greece and when she is there she is going to sketch. In Greece she meets a very cute boy, Kostas. But when her grandmother finds out that she has met Kostas she get very angry and says that she can never meet this boy again.

Carmen will go to her father for the summer holiday. She looks forward to a calm summer with just her father. But still it doesn’t go how she planned it. Her dad has met a new partner and plans a wedding.

Tibby is going to a football camp abroad. When she is there she flirts with one of the coaches, and she thinks more about the boys then the training.

Bridget is the only one which is going to be home during the summer. When she works it is a girl who falls on the floor, Bridget goes assist her and has to call the ambulance. After this the girl follows her around all the time. Bridget has very much on her mind when she hears that the girl has cancer and maybe won’t live much longer.

When the summer is over and the girls meet again they talk about their summer and all the problems they have had this summer.

The leading character in this move is Carmen, acted by America Ferrera, Lena, acted by Alexis Bledel, Tibby, acted by Amber Tamblyn and Bridget, acted by Blake Lively.

There is a good tempo in the film, you can see this movie and understand everything. I think I like this movie because I like movies with love in them. I recommend yo...
