I’m going to tell some facts about a very knowed president in the US history earlyer years, this man is long and famous for his struggle for the slaves. His name is Abraham Lincoln.
Abraham Lincoln was born the 12 Feb 1809 in Voilin Creek, Virgina. He had one sister and her name was Sara. His parent’s names were Thomas and Nancy. The first years in school his teacher Caleb Hazel saw the potential in the becoming president. Hazel started to give Lincoln private lessons.
1861 Abraham Lincoln was choose to be the president of the United States. The conflict between the south and the north had already started. It was most about the slavery but some researcher claim that it was the customsquestion who was the trigger to the civil war.Abraham Lincoln thought that the slaves should have the same rights and membership like the white people had. In the South, even the poorest and the most unbearable white man were higher in the social ladder then a slave/black person. So Lincoln grounded the emacipation. It is a law for equaltiy and leberation. After the civil war 1866 the slavery abolish so you can say that it was Lincoln who ended the slavery in the US
A spring day the 14 April 1865, Lincoln and his wife went to the Ford’s Teater to see “Our American Cousin”. What Lincoln didn’t know was that an acter named John Wilkes Booth planed to kill him. So, when almost half of the show was done, it was a shot and some one shuted on latin “ Sic semper tyrranis” who means translated to modern english “it always goes like that with the tyrant” and Lincoln felt to the floor and never raised again. He was shot in the head and he died after nine hours unconscious, he died in a nearby house.
